Hi there,

I am looking to fill the ensuite master room in my 2-bed, 2-bath flat. The room is available to move in between now and the 1st of March and the flatmate would be staying on until the end of the contract in July, at which point we could sign a new contract with the agency.

The basics: Fully furnished double bedroom with ensuite and window overlooking the dock. The flat is a warehouse conversion so if you like exposed brick and wooden beams, this is for you. The flat offers a large living room space with high ceilings. The living room also has access to a balcony that overlooks the dock. Garage space is provided, and the building has a porter (great for deliveries!). Unfortunately we are not allowed to have pets :( The flat has an attic perfect for additional storage.

Location: Located at the bottom of Tower Bridge, the flat is between London Bridge and Bermondsey stations with access to both the Jubilee line and the Northern Line.

Price: The room is £1,200 pcm. bills come to approx. £100 pcm

Me: You'll be living with me, James, working as a User Experience Researcher. Have lived in London for over 4 years. Love to travel, explore the foodie scene in the city, and watch animal documentaries. When at the flat, I like to hangout with my flatmate and catch up over a meal, show, or movie. Love to go on runs along the Thames.

You: Full-time professional who can stay on the contract at least until end of July. Mature, clean, tidy, respectful. Someone who would like to share the space with me and have a good chat.
