Beautiful Double Room in our Fabulous Flat

We are a couple of friendly and fun girls, one of us works in fashion and the other organising music festivals. We are looking for a nice, easy going, friendly girl to join our place.

The room available is a spacious double room - it is lovely, clean and bright, and looks out onto a private lawn. Comes with wardrobe, drawers, desk, chair, full length mirror, bookshelf and room under the bed for storage. Our apartment is in a complex a little off the road which makes it feel very safe and quiet.

The kitchen has a new oven, large fridge and washing machine. The living room is pretty roomy for an apartment and it's a nice place to relax in the evenings - we like to chill out together and watch TV etc.  

Rent is £750/ month plus bills of around £78/month (power, gas council tax, internet etc). Flat is available 2 June to 10 January (when our current lease expires) - we will consider short term sublets for a couple months.
We love the area around here - we're a 5 minute walk to Broadway Market and London Fields, a 10 minute walk to Columbia Road Flower Market or Victoria Park, and a 20 minute walk to Shoreditch. There's lots of corner shops and a Tesco right around the corner. And lots of really nice bars and restaurants really close by too.

- 1 minute walk to buses e. g.55 (Oxford Circus) / 26 (Waterloo)/ 48 (London Bridge)
