Double Bedroom in Bethnal Green

Hello!

We have a sunny and bright room to fill in our Bethnal Green flat.

*The flat*
The flat itself is a maisonette flat spread over two floors, with a good-sized kitchen and a separate living space. There are four double bedrooms, a large bathroom upstairs with a bath/shower and a lower floor toilet, as well as plenty of storage space.

*The area*
The location is great and well-connected - we’re only 2 minutes away from Bethnal Green underground, and both the overground and Mile End tube are walkable. There are many bus routes nearby too.

We’re all fans of the area - Victoria Park is really close by, and it’s easy to get to Shoreditch, Hackney, Broadway Market, Stratford, and other fun parts of East London. There are many cafes, parks, bars, street markets, and shops nearby too!

The remaining roommates Alex, Sasha and Djamila are all in their twenties. All are really laid-back and easy to get on with, and like to keep a sociable and relaxed vibe to the flat - house dinners, drinks in the park, the occasional gig/night out

*Rent*
The room is upstairs and is £693pm. The room comes with a bed, built-in wardrobe, two chests of drawers, and a desk and chair. The room has large windows and is well lit.

Bills are split evenly and usually around £70 a month, covering council tax, internet, gas and electricity, water, plus a fortnightly cleaner for communal areas.

Rent is due the 4th of each month. We rent directly from our landlord, which means there are no agency fees! He’s often out of London, but he’s really responsive and reliable if we need anything from him, and he does things by-the-book. A standard one month’s deposit is required as well, which goes into a protection scheme.
