Room sizes are very large, and give the feel of a completely private flat, to the couple, or individual who likes their own space. Each private suite has its own lockable interior front door.

Each of the private suites has a lounge with French doors opening directly onto the pretty 80ft private garden – solely for the use of the two suites. Beyond the garden railings extend views over Meath Gardens Park, with its leafy trees and quiet paths leaving you oblivious to the hustle and bustle of central London.

The modern kitchen provides a communal space, and is equipped with all kitchen conveniences: oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer-dryer, and dishwasher.

The flat is set in a small, well cared-for development, with its own beautifully maintained grass courtyard, with willow and oak trees. Even so, this peaceful retreat is just 30 seconds away from the vibrant Roman Road, and close to the famous green spaces of Victoria Park.

Bethnal Green (Central), and Stepney Green (District, Hammersmith & City) tubes are each approx. 7 minutes walk away, and buses (e. g. 8, 388 – Oxford Circus, Holborn, Embankment, Victoria; D3 – Canary Wharf) are just 1 minute walk away.

The commute to the City is just 10-15 minutes, and the outstanding nightlife and restaurants of Brick Lane, Hoxton and Shoreditch are also just 10 minutes away.

This flat offers a fantastic compromise for a couple, or individual wanting lots of private space, but is considerably less expensive than renting a whole flat – so an ideal solution, and viewing is highly recommended!

The price of the suite is £1,150 PCM. An additional £150 PCM covers all of your bills (Council Tax, service charge, water, gas, electricity, telephone line and Wi-Fi broadband – there are no other bills relating to the property). The flat also has a cleaner included in the price.

There is currently a couple living in the other suite, Tito & Lorena who own a gorgeous very well mannered Husky, Taiga, who you may see from time to time playing with squirrels in the garden. Taiga would not have access to your suite unless by invitation.
