Bright Double Room - Close to Columbia Road

We're next to Columbia Road (less than 2 mins away) and our place is a large duplex apartment in a smashing part of East London. Cafes, bars, pubs and culture (the lot).

Bedroom 1
The room is a bright, spacious double with great double (!) wardobe space. It also has enough space for a desk if you don't want to work from the living room.

Bedroom 2
The room is a bright single room with a double bed. It also has lots of storage space, as there is a wardrobe, drawer and under-bed storage. In addition, there is a separate closet outside the room.

The flat is split across two levels, so it never feels crowded when everybody is in. The first floor contains a spacious sit-in kitchen, a separate living room with two comfy sofas, as well as a small guest bathroom. On the upper floor, there is the main bathroom (so nobody needs to queue in the morning), as well as all three bedrooms.

10mins to Shoreditch High St and 5mins to Bethnal Green stations. Bus links to pretty much everywhere just off the doorstep. Easy walking distance to Shoreditch and the city.

Unfortunately, my current two flatmates are moving out because their work situations have changed. For this reason, I am looking for two new flatmates.

I am a professional who likes to socialise, be active outdoors and hit the gym/yoga mat/climbing wall. I am always up for a chat and for supporting the pubs and cafes in the neighbourhood ;) At the moment, everyone is semi-working from home from their rooms or the living room, but in normal times I am office-based.

Looking for someone chilled and friendly who can be a good addition to the home, rather than someone to just rub shoulders with occasionally! Making a decent cup of tea is mandatory, as is a love of good/crap TV.

The room is available as of now and the tenancy will be renewed from 01 March onwards. Rent is £800 plus bills - they are roughly £70 per month including council tax, broadband, electricity, gas and TV license.
