The Villas in Shoreditch! Spacious room

A selection of our spacious, deluxe, and premium rooms benefit from access to a balcony or terrace (in addition to the communal courtyard accessible by all residents).

Each villa has several ensuite bedrooms. We’ve furnished the rooms with a single or small double bed, wardrobe, desk, and a kitchenette containing a fridge, microwave, and kettle. All of the furniture comes with storage, including space for suitcases under the beds. The carpets are made from recycled plastic bottles and fishing nets. Each ensuite bathroom comes with a rain shower, sink, and toilet.

We have beautifully-designed and fully-equipped kitchen and dining areas for each apartment, providing a perfect balance between social interaction and personal space. The cupboards are filled with tableware, ready foryou to start cooking and sharing meals together.

The Villas bring community living to the heart of Shoreditch, offering 16 serene apartments arranged around a central courtyard, complete with terraces and balconies that provide residents with a tranquil haven that is unmatched in East London.

The apartments have been newly renovated with terracotta tiles, oak flooring, serene colours, and contemporary amenities, all juxtaposed against the building’s original exposed red brick.

A single monthly payment covers all amenities, bills, and council tax, along with a membership to the Sanctuary, a groundbreaking wellness, retreat, and entertainment space located in the same building.

The minimum stay in the Villas is 6 months.
