HUGE Double room near Victoria Park & Tube

Hi everyone, after an incredible year living in our house, I am going away in a few months to experience the Brazilian way of life.
I am looking for someone to sublet my room from March, 1st and to keep company to my lovely housemates.

Please note that the rent is around £1000/month for a single occupant and £1300/month for a couple/two people excl. bills (sightly negotiable).

There are four of us in the house Ali, Steve, Tim & Sem (me) and we all get along well. We are all professionals and have busy lives but enjoy hanging out in the evening when possible watching TV (Stranger Things, The Crown and Game of Thrones have been some of the highlights) or occasionally some sport. The kitchen seems to be the centre of all conversations and we'll often catch up while cooking food.

The house is lovely and spacious and feels like a family/professional home. It is a terraced period property right by Bethnal Green tube. It's a large house over 3 floors with large living space areas, ideal for when we are all in at the one time with a large kitchen, dining room & living room. the bedrooms are large and my room is particularly big!
The bathroom is huge, great shower and a large period bathtub if you fancy the odd bath! There is also an additional toilet room on the ground floor. We have a lovely yard which is great in summer where we put out a garden table & chairs and it's great for storing a bike if you have one. The house & bedroom overlooks museum gardens, so the view is trees and green, even though we're only 2 mins max away from the tube. My highlight is that the house is less than a 15 minute walk to Victoria Park; an added benefit.

The large double bedroom comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, shelves, coat hooks, bedside table, desk and a massive bean bag. There's also an antique fireplace with mantelpiece in the room. We have a lot of storage space in the house, an there is a shed for the washing machine/ tumble dryer with storage space there too if you need it.

The location & area are great. At the weekend, there is no need to hop on the tube with markets, bars and great restaurants at your doorstep; we are walking distance from Broadway Market, Paradise Row, Victoria Park, Chatsworth Road Market, Columbia Road, Shoreditch & Spitalfields.

There are great coffee houses, gyms and bakeries nearby. There are two charming local pubs behind the house The Camel & The Florist, and Satan's Whiskers, the best cocktail bar of the area.
Idris Elba likes to drink in the Camel so you might see him around the odd time. If not, pop to the Florist for amazing pizza!

If however, you do want to get on the tube we're less than a two minute walk to the Bethnal Green tube station on the Central Line & about 4 minutes from buses to take you to Hackney and further afield. Cambridge Heath overground station is about an 8 minute walk away and Stepney Green tube station is 10 minutes away.

We're all professionals, and love getting the most out of London life. We mostly catch up in the evenings while cooking or watching TV and we run the house as a team with everyone taking some responsibility. We are looking for a friendly and sociable couple who we can get to know and enjoy living with.

We regularly have friends over but it isn't a party house and we're respectful of the space and clean up after ourselves.

Bills work out to £80-100 each per month which includes a weekly cleaner for the communal areas.
