You'd be sharing this place with a female freelancer working in the movie industry: I have been a year & I love it! Clean & tidy, very social, I work hard but always happy to share a glass. I love movies, sport & do travel a lot.

The room comes with an extra one (RM3) for you to adapt to your convenience. It is ideal for a couple, somebody willing to have an extra space to work, or a single parent needing space for a visiting child. It can also be rented to a third occupant so we can all enjoy a lower rent (not bad eh!). I am seeking tidy and clean persons, this is a cosy home, not really meant for crazy parties.

Renewable contract to be signed with Ellis &Co + bills (230 pounds approx per month to be shared in 2 or 3). 180 agency fees.
