Double room in beautiful Victorian house

Hi all,

Myself and my friend Hayley are looking for a third person to join our home.

The flat is on a quiet leafy street in Blackheath. We have access to a large communal garden and free off street parking. The house is a Victorian style and we have the entire 1st floor with big sash windows. We have two bathrooms, a large entrance hallway, a large kitchen and a huge open plan living/dining room. The main bathroom is due to be renovated August 2022.

We’re a 5-10 minute walk from Greenwich Park and the Heath is at the end of our road. The closest stations are Blackheath and Westcombe Park, both are 15 minute walk or 5 minutes on the bus. The nearest tube is North Greenwich which you can get the bus to from just round the corner and takes roughly 15 minutes.

The room available is the smallest of the three but still a good size (this is resembled in a lower rent price). It comes unfurnished but the current flatmate has a wardrobe, shelves, chest of drawers, bedside table and double bed in it. The current flatmate is willing to sell the bed frame, mattress, wardrobe and curtains if anyone is interested. Bills are £138 each month after the surge in energy prices (broadband included).

Hayley is 29 and works several jobs in the mental health sector and I, Hannah, am 28 and work for a software company. We are close friends and we like to have dinner and drinks together but also do our own thing.
