Large double room Blackheath village

Hey,

Looking for a person to fill a large double room in Blackheath Village SE3. The flat is a stones throw from Blackheath and a short walk to Greenwich park with loads of pubs, cafes and local shops around.

This 2 floor maisonette is a 2 minute walk from Blackheath train station with trains going to London Bridge, Charing Cross, Victoria and Cannon Street very regularly. I’ve really loved living here and am only leaving the house to move in with my long term partner.

You’d be living with two boys, Jamie (27) and Michael (28) from South East London who are both teachers at local schools. They enjoy sports, film, TV and the odd pint… and are looking for someone fun-loving and friendly to take my place.

The room is available to be filled as soon as possible and is £550 a month excluding bills (which aren’t very much as split between 3). The deposit is £500. The current agreement runs until September but the contract will almost certainly be renewed for another year after this. Room is semi furnished with a large double bed, big wardrobe, TV stand and I will probably leave other items as will not be able to take very much with me when I leave.
