I currently live there with my wife and one other female housemate. We are looking for a friendly and clean housemate for a short duration up to July/August 2021.

RENT INCLUDES ALL BILLS, INCLUDING GAS, ELECTRICITY, WATER, COUNCIL TAX, TV LICENSE & UNLIMITED VIRGIN SUPER-FAST FIBRE OPTIC BROADBAND.

Rent is £500 per month.

Deposit has to be paid prior to securing the room.

The house is a 5/10 minute walk from Blackhorse Road Station (Victoria Line straight to Central London within 15 mins).
It is also a short 7 minutes drive/bus journey to Walthamstow Central, where you will find a bustling market, restaurants, mall, shops etc.

COVID - For viewings in person please respect that we would like to ask the following for the health and safety of all parties:-
- A mask must be worn.
- Maintain distance where possible.
- Please use the hand sanitiser provided at the front of the house.

I would need the following before proceeding with the securement:-
- £500 upfront as security deposit.
- £500 first month's rent.
- ID (passport/driving license)
- 3 months bank statements.
- 3 months worth of payslips.
- A reference from employer/college/university/college etc.
