Hello I'm James, live-out landlord. The house is friendly, warm and clean in a great spot, with outdoor space!

Already living here is Marianna (32) who works as an interior designer and Giulia (29) who studies and writes for a medical journal. I'm in touch with them on occasion, both lovely ladies, easy to get along with, very friendly and considerate, Marianna has been living in the house for 3 years and Giulia 1 and a half years.

The other room has recently become available as the other housemate is moving on after a couple of years here. WFH options - the room has a reasonably sized desk and space to work, very fast fibre optic BB.

''Looking for a friendly face to share the house with and create a homely/happy environment where if we're around in the evenings we can chill out and have a chat over a drink or whatever, maybe watch some TV, have the odd night out together here and there, and a few delicious BBQ's in the summer! Easy going, approachable and up for a laugh, but totally respect other's space and privacy. The short walk to the station and Victoria line makes it super quick to get into Central London. The Walthamstow area is full of nice restaurants, pubs and parks''

Full kitchen facilities available:
washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, cooker, fridge, freezer.

The house has a good size living room and dining area.

The house is kept very clean. (regular cleaner once every 2 weeks included in the bills)

Broadband WIFI and Netflix (50% free)
Private garden with the sun most of the day.
We have bike storage now in a larger shed end of the garden.
Bedroom comes with the following:
Bed, mattress, desk, chair, built-in wardrobe. We can add/remove items.
Downstairs Bathroom (shared with one other)
