My flatmates are moving out so I’m looking for a friendly girl in their twenties to join me (and one other new housemate, male) in this modern, furnished 3 bed flat in Walthamstow!

Basic facts:
- 2 min walk to Blackhorse Road tube station on Victoria Line
- 1 year lease starting on 28th November (option to renew)
- Yoga & Gym facilities included in your rent
- Building food & social events including movie nights in cinema room. There’s also a communal area that has a pool table and other games!
- Communal work from home study space with private rooms to book for calls
- 5 min walk to lots of local Breweries (one has a run club!)
- 10 min walk to Walthamstow Wetlands
- Bills are roughly £100 (£150 in winter) a month but are staggered
- Semi-furnished flat, has the basics!

Ideally you are:
- Working in-office or hybrid working professional (I work in office Mon-Fri)
- Clean and tidy
- Non-smoker
- Into sport, food and travel
- Quiet & chill in the evenings Mon-Thurs
- Keen for a G&T, social/movie nights or a pub quiz etc
