I have a warm and homely room available in the heart of Walthamstow with a 5 minute walk to the Victoria Line and 5 minutes to the over ground train direct to Liverpool street. There is a bus direct to Westfields Shopping Centre and regular night buses from central London. The property is only a few minute’s walk from the shops, supermarkets, restaurants and a cinema.

THE HOUSE:
The house has a large shared kitchen with a dining and seating area as well as a large paved garden which the tenants enjoy relaxing with a beer/glass of wine after a stressful workday.
Everyone has their own cupboard/fridge space to store food. The property also benefits from a washer/dryer and there are two full bathrooms in the house. WIFI included and permit parking is also available.

CURRENT TENANTS:
The tenants in this house are around 30 + years old, are all professionals and are all quiet and respectful towards each other. The house is very clean and tidy therefore it is imperative that whomever moves into this property cleans after themselves after using communal areas.
