I’m leaving the flat as I'm moving in with my partner. It’s honestly a great place to live and perfect if you work in Canary Wharf or the City.

About the location:

The flat is 5 mins walk to Blackwall DLR station and 14 mins walk to Canary Wharf station (Jubilee and DLR). Tesco is only 8 mins away and the big Canary Wharf Waitrose is 13 mins away. The flat is moments away from Canary Wharf if you’re looking for gym, shops, restaurants, etc.

About the flat:

It is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom flatshare with a spacious living room and open-plan kitchen (furniture such as sofa, dining table and chairs are included). There is also a west-facing sizeable balcony with a very lovely view of Canary Wharf and the City and great sunsets. You and the flatmate will have separate bathrooms, your bathroom is ensuite.

Built-in wardrobe is available in the room. There is plenty of storage space as well. The bathroom is a standard-sized one. Furniture such as double bed, drawers and bedside table are included.

About the flatmate:

Young professional working in financial services in the City. He is very chill and friendly. We have drinks together in the flat occasionally but are also mindful of each other’s privacy.
