Double bedroom with it's own bathroom

Hi, my name is Tom and I'm a student looking for a flatmate at 1102 Streamlight Tower.

A little about me, I'm a Law Student, and basically a normal student, love going out, chilling watching movies or listening to music.
If the flatmate could be a student that'd be great! Guy or girl makes no difference. Just looking for a cool flatmate:)

A bit about the flat.
This is a brand new flat, clean and fully equipped.
My flatmate had to leave as she had an opportunity abroad, so her room is free. This is a property that we rent through Chase Evans, there would be a contract with the agency to begin the tenancy.
Chase Evans ask for the tenants to pay 6 months in advance (terms of the current contract I have with them, but we may be able to change that to a pay monthly basis).

The room is very clean, spacious and there is plenty of space to store clothes (etc.). The bathroom is new as works were carried out in it recently
The kitchen is also quite new, everything works perfectly and is very clean.

The tower is in scaffolding until March 2022 as they are redoing the cladding and outside insulation but I have not found it bothering nor in terms of work noise or sunlight.
