A spacious (appr. 15 sq m) quiet room with 2 windows to let near Russell Sq/King's Cross Station. 2 min to Waitrose, 5 to UCL/SOAS. 2min to affordable tennis courts. Many restaurants, cafes and shops in the neighbourhood in Brunswick Centre and Marchmont Street.

The room is furnished - double bed, small wooden wardrobe, Billy bookcase, table and 1 chair, standing mirror. It is a pretty large room, bigger than most central London rooms, so you have plenty of space to do your morning yoga.

If you are a student or working in central London, like peace and quiet and are tidy, then this place may be for you. Helpful if you recycle.
We are independent, mature and rather quiet, though we like socialising, restaurants and interesting conversations. I stay in the property approximately half of the time as I travel a lot.

This is an ex-council property where all flats are privately owned. The flat has a communal garden as well as a patio where you can sit and have your coffee.
