Quiet flat in the heart of London.

I am moving to Germany and am looking for someone to take over my room in a three bed flat in Bloomsbury. You will be sharing the flat with two working professionals who often work long hours so the flat is often quiet during the week. Both are quite independent people but value a welcoming, respectful, and friendly atmosphere in the flat.

Location

Zone 1 Central London.
3min walk to Russell Square station, 8min walk to King’s Cross / Euston.
Lots of cafés, pubs and restaurants nearby.
Large Waitrose, small Tesco and Sainsbury’s 3mins away.
Several gyms within 5min walk.

Flat & Room

Shared kitchen/dining area.
Laundry machine.
Space in cellar to store a bicycle.

The large double room is very quiet (not facing the street) and comes with:
Ensuite bath/shower.
Large built in wardrobe.
Desk.
Please note that the room does not come furnished with a bed. I am willing to sell mine or you can procure your own.

Flatmates

Naomi works as an EA in an international business and speaks French and Spanish. She enjoys pottery and weightlifting as a hobbies.
Sam is a videographer in the world of politics and enjoys keeping fit, gaming and writing.

Availability

The flat is available from around 12 July 2020. Moving in date can be flexible.
