Spacious Room in Shared Flat at Centric Location

The flat is located in central London at 10 min walking distance to Russell Square. There are many shops, supermarkets, restaurants etc. nearby. To the London School of Economics it's a 20 min walk, 15 min to the University College.

The flat consists of four rooms, possibly hosting up to six people. The room to rent is located downstairs, furnished with a king sized bed (the room is suitable for a couple), wardrobe, desk and a bedside table (additonally for sale: shoe cupboard, extra bedside table and bookshelf). Furthermore it offers access to a small private outdoor area. The apartment is equipped with two modernized bathrooms (one with bathtub), a separate WC and a washing machine.

The bright kitchen is equipped with all necessary cooking utensils, cooker, ofen, microwave, freezer, and dishwasher.

The couple currently living in the flat is supposed to move out end of August. There will be other flat mates moving into the apparment shortly.

The new tenant is required to present a residence permit for the duration of the contract and will have to pay two months’ rent upfront, instead of a deposit: the first and the last month’s rent. The contract will be with Esay Let London.
