Seeking a clean and tidy, quiet, non-smoking professional or post-graduate student (no couples) to rent a large, fully furnished, double bedroom in a very large flat that has high ceilings and many period features. The flat is set within a beautiful portered Victorian block.

The room is furnished with plenty of storage and contains: a single bed, a large 4-door wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a bed-side chest of drawers and a chair.

The kitchen is fully equipped with: a washer/dryer, a dishwasher, a combi microwave oven, an oven, a gas hob and a kitchen table. There is a small shower room for your own use. There is also a large sitting room.

The flat is located within 3 mins walk from Tottenham Court Road Tube Station and is on a surprisingly quiet street. There are excellent transport links for buses as well as the tube. It is a short walk to Oxford Street and is near to several supermarkets, London universities, libraries, many restaurants and West End entertainment.

You would be sharing the flat with me, a busy, quiet person who likes a chat with my flatmate but also likes my own space. I am really looking for someone to move in who is friendly and tidy and who will treat the flat as a sanctuary.

I would consider a short-term let or a Monday-to-Friday let.

The rent is £280.00 per week (£1213.33 pcm) and will be lower for a Monday-to-Friday let.

The rent includes the following bills: Service Charges, Council Tax, Gas, Electricity, Broadband, TV Licence and Cleaner. It does not include Landline Telephone or TV Subscription Services.
