Flexible Stay - Large Double Rooms

Hey! We are normally a highly rated tourist destination in Central London catering for young travellers, but due to the pandemic, we are looking for young professionals, workers or students to rent some of our double rooms on flexible contracts. Minimum stay is just 1 month!

The rooms are an ideal size to study, for working from home or relaxing.

The location is unbeatable! 5 minutes’ walk to Holborn Station (Central and Piccadilly lines), to Tottenham Court Road (Central and Northern Lines), to Russell Square (Piccadilly line with elevator facilities) and great bus connections.

Cafes, restaurants, pubs, vintage shops, everything you could want in a neighbourhood!

The lounge is really big, with a massive TV-screen (comes with Netflix) and the kitchen is nice and spacious with plenty of space to cook, store your food and eating space for lots of people.

There are bathrooms and showers throughout the building (all private, no shared cubicles).

Our cleaners clean all common areas, toilets, and showers every day and your room once per week. The building has all of the requirements to be COVID-Safe with hand sanies all over the place and regular spot checks in high usage areas to ensure they’re clean.

Please note: our room types allow you access to all of our amazing facilities! However, the building is located a short walk (1 minute) away from the main building, but if you need anything there is a direct telephone which will connect you with our reception.

Our team is available 24 hours a day should you have a problem in your room or around the building. CCTV operating in common areas 24 hours a day for your security.

All bills are included!

The most important thing for us is for the building to be a fun, chilled place, where everyone respects one and other and have a good time. Any antisocial behaviour or anyone who is not being conducive to a good vibe will be asked to leave.

(Any visitors brought into the building must be signed in for fire safety and may stay for no longer than two nights).

If you wish to rent one of our rooms you will first need to do a video interview with our very own Aussie hero Lauren, so she can show the building and room and if you both like each other we can take it from there!
