I have a cozy double room available to rent from 6/1/2021. I am in the process of moving out and will be leaving this lovely apartment, regretfully to a potential new suitor. You'll be living with 3 other friendly, professionals. 2 Males and 1 Female.

As the advertisement states, the cost of rent for the room is £800 PCM, all bills inc. For location, this current pricing is unmatched. The room has a double bed, walk-in closet, bedside table with fitted drawers underneath and is neutrally decorated. Also equipped with a desk and accompanying chair. This would primarily suit a single person. You will be sharing with 2 males and 1 female, all professionals, friendly, sociable and tidy. You will share a fully fitted kitchen with a sizeable cooker, fridge freezer and washing machine. An in-house clothes dryer is stored on the balcony, just outside of kitchen. Separate dining and communal area is also available. Modern shared bathroom, WC. and shower is situated just to the left of the apartments entrance. Wooden floors throughout. Gas central heating, water and broadband internet are included in bills.

The apartment is conveniently located directly within walking distance to restaurants, bars and night life of Farringdon, Clerkenwell, Angel, Upper Street and Islington. Ridiculously close to Exmouth Market.
