I'm looking for someone to fill the flat from the end of February (but am flexible). It is a very cosy 2 bedroom flat and I have been living here for 4 years over the course of my undergraduate degree.
Its location is fantastic - right next to the Brunswick shopping centre with lots of food and grocery options as well as a post office. It's surrounded by lots of gardens and green space, perfect if you need to get out and about during lockdown.
It is a 9 minute walk from UCL, and about a 3 minute walk to King's Cross tube station. St Pancras/King's cross is just across Euston road, with trains going to Kent, the west midlands, Cambridge, Edinburgh etc. as well as the Eurostar. Russell square station is also 5 minutes away.
The property is on Judd street, very quiet for central London as it's mostly bikes only.
The building has bicycle storage in the back of the building and in normal times, rubbish is collected from in front of your flat door every Mondays and Fridays. The building is also very quiet.
