My roommate is sadly moving back home so I’m looking for a new person to co-sign the lease with as of 1st December.
It’s a 2-bed, 1-bath flat with a shared living room. There’s a fire escape leading out the kitchen that we use as a bit of a balcony - especially nice for summer days!
The rent is £1200 each. Bills are not included. The bills (council tax, energy, water, WiFi) come to an extra £150 - £200 each month.
I would like to find someone who is happy to socialise and help create a friendly, comfortable environment. I equally value the importance of alone time.
I enjoy reading, baking, going out for drinks/to eat with friends, and exploring new parts of London!
