You can simply cross the garden by the roses and apple trees and walk to work from this remarkable terraced Bloomsbury house in a very quiet street. It is a Georgian Grade 2 listed building in fact. From here you can walk or bike to many central London locations. We want only clean-living non-smoking, non-vaping professional house-mates, and possibly mature students (no under-grads). There is a large shared kitchen and we expect everyone to clean up after cooking.
The nearby tubes are Russell Square and Kings Cross and Farringdon. The front garden is long and lined with fruit trees and roses. There is plenty of space for your own bike, but Santander bikes are a few yards away.

The bedroom to let is at the back of the house and looks onto some quiet back gardens. The room has its own hand-basin, a petite double bed, a large wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and plenty of underbed storage.

There is central heating throughout, a large shared kitchen with washing machine, and a living room. There is a shower room and a separate toilet, also fast un-limited broadband.
All bills are included. A weekly clean is an option.
Within easy reach are Waitrose at the Brunswick Centre, eateries in Exmouth Market, and the West End
The present house-sharers are an artist, a writer, a musical director. We are a happy relaxed household, but we tend to socialize more outside the house and come home to peace and quiet.
