There is a shared living/dining room stylishly furnished with sofa, marble coffee table, dining table and TV (Virgin cable).

You would have the main shower room pretty much to yourself on a day-to-day basis. The kitchen has all conveniences including washer-dryer and dishwasher. There is laminate flooring in the hallway, living and bedrooms, and the kitchen and bathroom are tiled.

The room is available in August. Rent is £1300 per month including all bills. Security deposit of £1500 and references required.

The 3rd-floor flat is in a Victorian period building with a gated lift in the very heart of Bloomsbury. Marchmont Street and the Brunswick Centre (lots of shops, cafes, a couple of gyms and a huge Waitrose, literally every convenience you could wish for) are minutes away.

Also in the area are Bloomsbury’s garden squares, University of London buildings, the British Library and British Museum. Russell Square tube is a 5-minute walk, Euston and King's Cross both a 10-minute walk away.

About me (live-in landlord): I'm a London academic, mostly occupied with writing over the summer months. The room would best suit a professional woman who doesn't mind a quiet and studious atmosphere, and who is experienced at flat sharing. LGBT welcome.
