Short-let: Single/double Rooms near King's Cross

A smallish single room available from now to July 31 , 625 GBP including utilities and internet, with 100 GBP deposit. The other room is large with double bed available from July 6 to July 31, 775 GBP a month. Both rooms maybe renewable after July 31 for Aug onwards. Our flat is on the sunny 5th floor and the room has a window facing the court yard. Professionals preferred. Single occupancy only for each rooms.

 Our flat is on the 5th floor of a Housing complex near King's Cross/Russell Square tube stations. The flat includes a smallish kitchen, bathroom, and toilet. No living room or parking. It is a mixed/international housing complex near University of London. About a 9 min walk to King's Cross or Russel Sq tubes. This room has a single bed, desk, and a closet (furnished). Needless to say enough shops, cafes, restaurants around there in a walking distance. Waitrose supermarket and Tesco local are within a 6 min walk.

Our flatmates are friendly professionals from Germany, Romania, and USA. I am Asian American. Our professions are an architect, Ph. D Student (Environmental Science), and director for a non-profit. We tend to be busy with our own life/job. But we often chat each other in our small kitchen during breakfast/dinner etc. If you are interested, please send me a brief email to introduce yourself, job/school info/hobbies, etc. We are looking for a mature friendly people (male/female).
