Mews House

Hello! I live in a wonderful 4-bedroom mews house in Holborn/Bloomsbury. I am renting out a large double bedroom with a walk-closet, and with its own separate bathroom/wc.

The house was very recently refurbished, and an extra ensuite loft room was built on the 2nd floor. The house has some nice features e. g. a wood-burning stove, a bookshelf that spans 2 floors, and some fancy ones e. g. sky light window, tv in the bathroom, built-in home cinema surround sound system. The bedrooms are modern, well decorated and furnished with contemporary and vintage furniture. I would want the housemates to make the bedroom their own, by putting their own stamp on it (should he/she want to of course!). The living room, kitchen and dining area is open planned, and the house has a large internal garage for extra storage space (very handy!). Over the past 6 months, the garage has become a mulitfunctional space, created with furniture and other objects that were free and found in the Holborn area. The plan, which is nearing completion, is that it can also be a cinema room, as well as an additional communal living space.

I have an amazing, friendly French bulldog named Maximus. So, a pet friendly housemate is going to be fairly essential. Ideally, he/she would be happy to chill and chat on the sofas with a glass of something. Ideally seeking a personable, clean and tidy housemate, and someone who is happy to chop, if I dare to cook...
