The place itself is located extremely close to Bond Street station, based on the first floor and beautifully finished to a premium standard, with a great bathroom, a separate toilet, a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen.
We are looking for someone who is clean and easy to get along with. The bedroom listed on the ad is available from 21st August for 12 months. Comes as pictured, and also has a vast built-in wardrobe.
Bills should be an additional 70-90 pounds per month. Please be advised we may need to pay 6 months of rent ahead of the time. The property is safely managed by Savills.
