The location is incredible, you can enjoy the restaurants and life in Mayfair since everything is very close to the building- great local amenities and also chill/have downtime at home as the building is very respectful and quiet. It is 2 minutes from Bond Street Station so you can basically travel anywhere conveniently. Less than 10 minute walk to Oxford Circus station. The kitchen and bathroom is big enough. The current flatmate is 21 working in Investment Banking- she is very accommodating, respectful and fun, I’ve lived with her for two years now. It is not available for long term.
