Hello you lucky flat hunters.

We have a large, furnished, en-suite, double room available now. What more do you need?

The flat is amazing, split over two floors.
On the first floor, there's the kitchen (with washing machine and dishwasher), living and dining area, one bedroom and a shower room.

On the second floor are three bedrooms, your en-suite room, the two other bedrooms and another shower room.

Within the complex of flats there is a communal garden, bbq area, and secure bike storage.

The flat is 5 minutes walk from Borough Tube and 10 minutes from both London Bridge and Elephant and Castle.

Bermondsey Street, Mercato Metropolitano, Maltby Street and the Bermondsey Brewery mile and all within a 10-15 minute walk away, for when we're allowed back outside to go there.

So, about us we are all mid 20s to mid 30s, professionals. A charity account manager, a consultant, and a computational linguist. Food and drink, music, sports, TV all feature among the vast list of hobbies and interests in the flat. We all normally have busy work and social schedules but also enjoy a chat together when we are in the flat at the same time, which is great as we're spending a lot of time together right now.

We are looking a new flatmate, in the same sort of age range. Someone relaxed, fun and knows what living in a flat share is like.

The room we have is an en-suite, with a desk, chair, built in wardrobes, and large chest of drawers. For this location and size of room, the price is a bargain.

The rent is £763.63, and bills are currently around an extra £100 per month each. This includes council tax, TV licence, energy and water bills, broadband, and a cleaner who comes once per week.

We deal directly with the owner/landlady of the flat, (with the exception of reference checks and contracts which is covered by an agency). Deposit is £735 and is in the secure deposit scheme.
