The flat’s a modern, spacious and airy 3-bed apartment on the 6th floor, with a large open-plan kitchen/lounge that opens out onto a balcony with awesome views across the City (see the photos!).

Other benefits include a 24/7 concierge (handy for Amazon and asos deliveries!) and being a 5-8 min walk from Borough, Southwark and E&C tube stations, 10-15 mins’ walk to Waterloo and London Bridge and only 20-30 mins’ walk into the City (Bank / St Paul’s / Moorgate), i. e. the location is incredible! Flat Iron Square and Mercato Metropolitano are both 5 mins' walks, Borough Market is 10 mins and Maltby Street is only 20 mins.

The room itself is huge and comes with a double-bed, plenty of storage (built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside drawers & underbed drawers) and an ensuite bathroom.

You’ll be sharing with two friends, Megan (26) and Pete (33) - we’re looking for a fun, friendly professional (non-smoker, 25-35 years old, no couples). Our ideal flatmate would be tidy and considerate, but equally up for having weekend drinks in the flat or the occasional house party!

The room’s available from 21 September. We're looking for someone who's keen to stay until the end of the lease (April 2020) as a minimum and ideally beyond that as we hope to renew (landlord's confirmed in principle). Bills are around £100 pcm, which covers 150mb fibre broadband, council tax, and all the other standard utilities. We also have a cleaner who comes once a fortnight and that costs £20 for each clean.

In terms of us, Megan works in design and manufacture in the pharmaceutical and medical device industry and Pete’s an IP, media & sports lawyer. A few of our interests include: travelling, brunching, gigs/festivals, pub quizzes, checking out cool and quirky bars (we're partial to a G&T or two), gym, exploring and taking advantage of the arts and culture on offer in London, coffee, football and cooking.

We both have friends based around London who we tend to see fairly often, but we're good friends too so we also enjoy hanging out together. It would be good to find someone likeminded and sociable who’s up for joining in with the fun (e. g. it is inevitable that our future flatmate will be dragged to join in a bottomless brunch with us!).
