Very safe area (The room is in Borough not elephant and castle!)

Loads of cool pubs with young vibe or student vibe and food places nearby, cool coffee places and obviously shops for food (Tesco and Sainsbury's nearby).

The flat and rooms are airy, spacious and warm.

All bills included, WiFi and furnished (bed, wardrobe, draws etc)

Nice large kitchen with fridge freezer, washing machine & dining table.

Gas central heating, nice & warm in winter with hot water for shower with strong pressure.

Borough market very close, Burgess park, PureGym and much more. It's zone 1, central is easy for commute of work or going out.

Looking for interesting, respectful & clean people!

If you want to hang out that's cool, if you just want the room as your base that's cool also, main thing I want is a clean, respectful flat mate and if you are interesting that would be a bonus (we don't have to hang everyday, if you want your own space fine but a bit of talking doesn't hurt anyone!).
