The property
A double bedroom is available from December 5th in a three-bedroom flat located in Borough, just a 5mn walk from London Bridge. The room is located on the first floor, contains a double bed & mattress, built-in wardrobe, and a large window with view on the residence garden.

Max. £100/person/month. The contract is a 2-year lease with 12 month break i. e. we can break the lease at any moment after 12 months with 2 months notice. There is also a change of sharer process (£50 fee) if one needs to leave before.
The area
The house is located near Tabard Gardens in Borough, just a 5mn walk from London Bridge. The building is far from main streets, thus in a quiet environment.
The flatmates
Morgane (26) and Simon (29). We have been in London for 2 years and 4 years, and work in renewable power and finance. We are French hence like cooking, drinking wine, and usually doing both at the same time. We are friendly, warm and easy-going people who value both privacy and sharing moments together. We work 9-6 during the week and free on weekends.
We are moving in the flat on December 5th too.
Our interests include travels, outdoor sport, bouldering, museums, Glastonbury, worrying or laughing at every Trump tweet, empanadas argentinas, good & bad jokes, Beyoncé, politics, red wine, Trevor Noah, Eurovision, Africa, growing cherry tomatoes on our balcony
The ideal flatmate
We are looking for a male around 25-40. Professional. Friendly, easy-going and who value both privacy and sharing moments with his flatmates e. g. in-house cinema session on Sunday evening with Simon’s projector. You enjoy living in a clean/tidy flat – you don’t have to be Marie Kondo though ;) You are gay-friendly.
Please get in touch if interested: tell us a bit about yourself and what you like.
We will be able to organize a viewing of the flat, at some point next week 04/11 - 08/11
(Both of us are leaving great flats and houses so we were really picky on our new flat and it's fair to say we are super excited about it. You'll see ;-) )
Cheers
