The property

A double bedroom is available from December 8th in a three-bedroom flat located in Borough, 2 blocks from Borough tube station (Northern line) and a 5-10mn walk from London Bridge or Elephant & Castle. The room is located in the first floor and benefits from loads of natural light thanks to its large window and South-West exposure. The room is partially furnished. It includes: a large wardrobe, a desk with chair and some book shelves. However, there is no bed or mattress – and the occupant will have to buy them at his cost. There is also some built-in storage space outside the room but dedicated to it.
The ground floor level includes an entrance lobby with storage spaces, a large kitchen and a separate living room. The kitchen is fully fitted with usual appliances; microwave, oven, fridge-freezer, toaster, coffee machine, ample storage, washing machine.
Room comes at £700pm bills excluded. Bills are equally split between the 3 tenants and will include: council tax, gas, electricity and internet. Approx. £75/person/month. The contract is a 3-year lease with 12 month break.

The property is located 2 blocks from Borough tube station (Northern line) and a 5-10mn walk from London Bridge or Elephant & Castle. It is in the Trinity Village area, a beautiful residential enclave - leafy, tranquil and steeped in history.

The flatmates

Mags (40) and Bertino (35), two professionals, easy-going and friendly flatmates. We have lived together for a year, though Mags has been living in the flat for the last 8 years and called it “the best flat in Central London ever”. Mags is British and has her own company in the entertainment industry – she is working from home. Bertino is from the Canary Islands and works as an architect. We both value privacy and sharing moments together from times to times.

The ideal flatmate

We are looking for a male around 30-40. Friendly and easy-going and who value both privacy and sharing moments from times to times. You enjoy living in a clean/tidy flat. You are gay-friendly and gerbil-friendly (Mags has a small gerbil called Barney).
