Single Room/ London bridge - low rent

The house is 2 min. walk from London Bridge Station and 3" from Borough Underground Station. 1 min walk to Tesco and Pure Gym. Les than a minute to King's College. We are two friendly guys from Greece, one of them working in IT and the other in hospitality, and Kalsay who is from California and works in IT startup. We are all very clean, easy going and considerate of others and try to keep the house in good shape in general.

This room is strictly for one person, you could bring a guest twice or three times a month though..

If you are interested, the best way to response to our ad is to e-mail us a description of you. Giving as much information about you that may include your hobbies, profession or a description of your personality, and how are you planing to use the room/ house would be helpful and speed up the process.

We normally receive a lot of messages and sometimes we won't be able to answer to all of them, so your first message would be quite important. If we don't reply please don't keep messaging.

£360 plus bills that are usually £40 a month per person, so £400 in total.

The room is available from 1 of January and we will hold viewings 22 and 23 of December.
