A double room in our 19th century Georgian period terrace is coming available next month. Its a fantastic 4 storey house featuring a modern kitchen (literally upgraded last month), communal living and dining room, 3 double bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a separate toilet as well as a private garden and access to a communal garden at the front. Bedrooms are situated on different floors and there is an abundance of light throughout the house with original sash windows and unobstructed views.

We're located on a quiet square with no through traffic so there is very little noise during the day (if working from home) and at night (except the occasional fox). The area is also often the location for period drama film sets and TV series including Luther, The Nevers and Christopher Robin. Despite its quiet, residential location, its very central within walking distance to Borough (Northern) Elephant and Castle (Bakerloo) and London Bridge (Jubilee) Tube lines.

Kiri and Tom (current housemates) are looking for a likeminded working professional who enjoys eating and socialising as a household as well as having their own hobbies and interests. We're an LGBT+ friendly household. Things are generally low key during the working week, going out-out / dinner parties etc are usually saved for the weekends.

We also currently pay a cleaner once a fortnight which costs £20 each a month.
