Flat has all mod cons and as mentioned is fully furnished. Table, sofa & massive TV in the living room plus bed, mattress, wardrobe & desk in the bedrooms. Towel heater in bathroom plus overhead shower. Boiler is new and the best quality so they'll never be problems with heating or hot water.
Flat is owned by a friend, who is a private landlord and once lived in the property himself with his family so it's been refurbished to a really high standard. He is also a plumber and has a team of workers so if anything ever needed to be done in the flat he'd be there to help out. As he's a private landlord you'd be dealing with him directly for rent/maintenance etc so there's no 3rd parties and most importantly of all no fees at all!
