The master bedroom will also become available on the 1st May so you would have the option to view both and choose the one that suits you.

We have a warm and welcoming house and everyone who has viewed has wanted to move in so it's more about finding the right housemate to keep the atmosphere fun but calm and respectful.

We started renting the house seven years ago as a group of friends and fell in love with it! It was the landlords home for 20 years and has a modern classy look and decent quality furnishings that you won’t find in elsewhere in rented accommodation.

Looking for a like minded professional who wants a real home not just a room to stay in. We don’t have parties but always up for a bbq / meal / few drinks and are hoping to find a long term housemate ideally.

I love the house and the space and warmth within - with an open plan living room / dining room and newly built kitchen with more than enough storage and living space. There is a toilet and laundry room downstairs and bath and shower upstairs so we are never left waiting.
