We have a huge attic room coming avaliable to rent. It is considered the best room in the house, as it has a floor all to itself. The size of the room is 5.2m by 3.4m,. There is loads of wardrobe space and its own ensuite bathroom just outside the door just for you.

We are a household of two girls and one guy. We are looking for someone who will treat this as their home, who enjoys being social and having a drink or movie together but also respects each other’s space. We are all house proud and like to keep the house clean and tidy, we have a cleaning rota currently, so you must be ok with this. We are also not a party house, but do have friends coming over every so often. There is a huge kitchen to cook in and an open plan lounge. We have free on street parking on the road and also a driveway. The house benefits from a lovely small garden and what's more we have the benefit of a brick BBQ at the end of it. We are also considering getting a cat in the near future. So cat lovers welcome.

We are in a great safe location, just 10min short walk away to Bounds Green station (Piccadilly line), 15min from Bowes Park (overground) and 15min to New Southgate (overground) it takes around 40min to get into the central London. The house is also very close to the North Circular if you have a car.

In the area there are plenty of local pubs, bakeries and cafes. There is also a Tesco express a short walk away. Its a short bus ride away from excellent shops, restaurants, and amenities of Muswell Hill and Wood Green. We also have Alexandra Park a bus ride away, and a small park 5min walk from the front door.

The rent will be due till the 7th of each month. Bills are paid separately and around £90 depending on the month.

You will need to pay a deposit, and there will be a reference check from the agency before you move in.
