My lovely current flatmates (couple) are leaving for another country, so I wish them good luck!

So open to sharing this amazing space, a double bedroom flat with a single person or a couple. The flat consist of a large living room and a well equipped kitchen. The two bedrooms are split on two levels, therefore with the ensuite you will have plenty of privacy and space.

Excellent location and good local amenities, 24 hour shop in a minute. Greek bakery and Coffee shop in 7 minutes walk.

Bounds Green tube is one minute walk, Bowes Park train station in a stone's throw and Kings Cross can be reached in less then 20 minutes.

This has been my home for the past 4 years so I am looking to share it with someone responsible who will treat it as a home.

I am a photographer and animator so arty people are welcome!
The neighbourhood is great but the pictures don't do it justice so come along and see this gem of a property for yourself.

Agency contract, 1 month deposit and references will be requested.

The room is £780 plus bills and Ctax (£850 all together)
