I'm looking for a housemate to share my 2 bedroom flat in Bounds Green.
A little bit about me... I work in media sales (exhibition and sponsorship mainly) and currently work 9-5 in central London. I love to travel so go on holiday as much as I can afford. I have an active social life but also enjoy chilling at home.
I would like to live with someone who is sociable (happy to share a bottle of wine, binge watch something on Netflix, go out for drinks/cinema etc) but also has their own social life so we aren't in each others pockets 7 days a week.
The flat has sky plus in the living room and fiber optic wifi.
It is a 10 min walk from Bounds Green tube (Piccadilly Line) and Bowes Park (overground into Moorgate and Kings Cross). There is a Tesco express en route to the tube/train stations.
Muswell Hill is a short drive/bus ride away and has shops (eg. M&S, Waitrose, Sainsburys) and lots of restaurants along with an Everyman cinema and a Pure Gym.
Although I'm a live in land lady and I like to keep the flat looking nice I am also pretty laid back and want whoever I live with to feel like it is their home.
NB.
The bed is a 4 foot double bed so is 6 inches narrower than a standard double mattress.
Although I am a smoker I don't smoke in the flat but there is a balcony so smokers need not go all the way out of the flat.
