Rent is £480 with bills taking monthly contributions up to between £620 and £650 per month. Deposit is £480.

We have a big modern kitchen and living room, a nice little garden with a shed, and patio. The house is split over three floors, it has two bathrooms and three toilets. The living room is great for having dinner with friends or just lying on the sofa. 

We are all very relaxed and enjoy chilling out, cooking and watching TV in the evenings but are also aware that people need their own space from time to time.

Prospective tenants will undergo referencing and credit and renting checks and right to rent check. You will sign a HMO joint assured short-hold tenancy agreement for a minimum of 6 months and the landlord will protect your month deposit with TDS.
