We are looking for someone to fill a single or double room in our 5 bedroom house in Bounds Green. We are looking for someone friendly and fun, who is not going to be a stranger to us. They should be considerate (especially in terms of noise), clean and always on top of rent and bills.

Single room:
The room comes with single bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is a large storage mezzanine in the room, and we can also offer an additional cupboard. (See photos)

Double room:
The room comes with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. (See photos)

Dates:
20th August 2019 (but can move earlier if required) - 19th July 2020 (with possible extension)

Rent:
Single room - £500/month + bills
Double room - £550/month + bills
