The Room Available

We are currently looking for a new housemate to fill a large double rooms in our house in Bounds Green.

The room a medium sized room and comes with a double bed, wardrobe, desk, chair and bedside table, and looks on to the back garden.

The house is quite big, with four other bedrooms, a bathroom, a downstairs WC, a good sized kitchen, a dining room AND a large living room, as well as garden.

We are a 7 minute walk from Bounds Green station (Piccadilly Line) and a 5 minute walk to Bowes Park station (overground to Moorgate and Old Street). We are also near several bus routes that go north to Enfield, East to Walthamstow, and West to Muswell Hill. The area is quiet with lots of nice pubs, cafes and parks within walking distance.

We are a mix of three professionals (an actor, a civil servant and producer) and one PhD student. We enjoy socialising as a house, having dinners and BBQs, the occasional party or trips to the pub. We also value our private space and quiet. So the best of both worlds!
