All bills are included in the rent - there is nothing extra to pay for, even cleaning of common areas is included in the rent.

The house has recently been renovated, furniture is new, the house is very clean and stylishly decorated.

In the kitchen there are separate fridges and cupboards for each tenant.
You share the bathroom with only one other girl.
There is a living area with sofa, dining table and a TV.
There is a nice garden with a summer table, a charcoal barbeque, and a gazebo with rattan furniture.

Excellent transport links - Piccadilly tube station 5min away by walk, which takes you to King's Cross in 25min; Train station 5min away by walk, which takes you to Moorgate in 25min. There is a bus stop 3min away from the house.

Beautiful Alexandra Park is less than 10min away by walk.

Housemates are lovely - respectful, fun, clean and helpful.
Landlady is amazing - loving, understanding and making you feel at home.

I need to leave this beautiful place and the wonderful people living here, and I'm sure you'll feel at home in this loving house :)
