Double Bedroom (Cat-Friendly) In 2 Bedroom Flat

Hi! We are renting a big double bedroom sharing the flat with just 1 more person.

The place is located just 2 minutes walking distance to Bounds Green underground station. 1 stop to Wood Green where you can find the Shopping Center, Cinemas, Primark, and plenty of supermarkets and trending restaurants (Honestly, the Turkish restaurants here is one of the best I've tried in London).

Bus stops 24/7 and Piccadilly line with night tube at weekends (20 minutes to central London!)

Currently just sharing with one more flatmate. As you can see in the pictures, the room has 2 beds and a couch. The bedroom is really big however, please this is just for one person. NO COUPLES! If you move here, you can ask to remove one of the beds (whichever you want) and put a double bed. Although, the last tenant left that bed as one of the beds has wardrobe storage. Also you can leave the bed for friends of family to visit, (short stays) or even for your cat haha. You can decide what you want.

The house has a lot of sunlight and it's pretty clean, so please be clean and tidy, clean your mess in the kitchen and common places. If you smoke, please do it outside, downstairs.

Price: £650 per month ALL BILLS INCLUDED. Cat-friendly and LGBT+ friendly.

Strong Wi-Fi 💪 good for University Students or Remote Workers with a huge desktop! And a mini-fridge if you are anti-social 😂💻

The flatmate loves Cats, if you get a holiday abroad she usually takes care of the cat as if it were her own.

The floor is wood, not carpet :D and there is a Washer and DRYER machine!! So you don't have to hang your clothes if you are a lazy person.
