I'm offering the unique situation of a gorgeous double room, private bathroom, own kitchen and living room with TV, freeview and WiFi. I have my own bathroom and living room on the upper floor, and kitchen on the ground floor. It is NOT a self contained flat but you would NOT have to share any facilities. Wooden floor boards throughout. The garden is south facing and approx 100 ft long and gorgeous. - you would also have use of a private area in the garden too. The street is a no through road so very quiet and peaceful. Rent includes bills. It is available from 7th October.

I'm looking to share the house with someone easy going, who enjoys chat and catch up but who is also happy in their own company. It is definitely more a home than a party house. I'm very sporty and into rock climbing, cycling, yoga etc so I'm usually out and about a lot. Would suit someone who has a hybrid working life or who is full time at work. The heating will not be on all day! Ideally I would like a quiet, tidy professional or student who is respectful of their environment and is happy to do their share of the housework. I also have a 2 cats - but they don't intrude.

House is two minute walk from Bounds Green (Piccadilly line - 20 minutes to Leicester Sq) and 1 minute walk to Bowes Park overground line to Moorgate (20 mins to the City). Ten minutes to Muswell Hill on 102/199 bus. Close to Tesco Express, local shops and cash point.
