This is a very special home where the live-in landlady, Maggie, and her cat, Sparkle, currently live. Maggie is an Iyengar Yoga Instructor, Meditation Teacher, Wellness Facilitator & Coach.
The loft conversion will be available for the right person immediately.
Furnished with a bed, desk, chair, futon sofa, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bookshelf and a large mirror. The bathroom is massive and wonderful for relaxing baths.
Full use of the downstairs dining room, kitchen, conservatory and beautiful garden.
The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dryer and dishwasher.
It's at 10 minute walk to Bounds Green Station (15 minutes tube ride to into zone 1) and a 15 minute walk to Bowes Park Overground Station (20 minutes ride into Old St & Moorgate)
Practitioners of yoga and other 'clean living' individuals especially welcome! Vegetarian/Vegans preferred (though not a complete deal breaker). Maggie doesn't mind what others eat. It's just the smell that's a problem; therefore, meat or fish being prepared and cooked in the house is non-negotiable. However, cold meats that do not produce a smell are not a problem.
