Stunning design flat double bedroom w/own bathroom

Dear friends,

Unfortunately I am leaving my flat to my legend roommate hence looking for someone who is interested in my stunning fully equipped room.

I own this lovely flat that's why I have put so much effort and love in it. Its very design oriented which I am sure you would love. Your room has TV, wardrobe and of course your own bathroom which is right in front of your bedroom.

Since its my own place i have to admit I make double the effort to keep it nice and clean that's why I was very careful in picking the perfect person to share home, he is my/your roommate Harry.

A bit about Harry, he loves his e-gaming but super quiet at the same time. We sometimes watch football together but very often we don't even cross paths. He is a programmer..

Ohhhh and more thing. we are both the easiest going guys on earth. Dramas and complications not really our cup of tea ;). In several years we didn't have one argument so we would like to keep this streak ;)
